摘要
采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)制备单组分聚脲。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、耐热性能、吸水率力学性能、表干时间和实干时间等测试,研究了异氰酸酯种类对单组分聚脲结构与性能的影响。结果表明:液化MDI型和TDI型单组分聚脲耐热性能较好,固化速度较快;HMDI型和IPDI型单组分聚脲的力学性能较好,吸水率较低。
Abstract
Four kinds of one-component polyurea were prepared with toluene diisocyanate (TDI),dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (HMDI),liquefied diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI).The effect of isocyanate types on the structure and performance of one-component polyure was evaluated through infrared spectroscopy,surface drying time,drying time,mechanical properties,water absorption,and thermogravimetric analysis test.The results showed that one-component polyurea based on liquefied MDI and TDI had better heat resistance and faster curing speed;one-component polyurea based on HMDI and IPDI had better mechanical properties and lower water absorption rate.
